aCart: Rs 104.8M in Store Sales on Rs 24M of Meta Ads (2021)
aCart, a Pakistan-based online store, needed its Meta ads to carry a real revenue number, not just clicks. Across 281 Facebook and Instagram campaigns in 2021, the account ran Rs 24.01M in spend at roughly 22% of net sales and helped drive Rs 104.8M in store sales from more than 50,000 orders.

FY 2021Real 2021 numbers for aCart, a Pakistan-based online store that has since closed, taken from the original year-end marketing report. Figures in PKR. The 4.4x is a blended return, full-year store sales against Meta ad spend, not a platform-attributed ROAS.
The challenge
aCart was a Pakistan-based online store whose growth ran almost entirely on Meta ads. The brief was simple to say and hard to hold: turn Facebook and Instagram spend into orders at a marketing cost the business could actually afford, month after month, across a full catalogue and a full year.
The solution
I ran the account as one revenue system, not a pile of boosted posts. Of the 281 ads shipped across 2021, 256 were conversion campaigns pointed straight at purchases and only 25 were awareness, so the budget stayed pinned to sales instead of vanity reach. Creative and audiences were rotated hard, the storefront funnel was tightened so 1.18M visitors converted at 3.54%, and returning customers were treated as their own segment, which held repeat buyers at 11.13% of the base.
The results
For the full year, aCart ran Rs 24.01M in Meta ad spend and finished at Rs 104.8M in store sales: roughly 22% marketing cost against net sale, and a 4.4x blended return on ad spend. That came from more than 50,000 orders at a Rs 4,315 average order value. The Jan to Oct view, with mobile sales stripped out, tells the same story from a stricter angle: Rs 19.7M in spend against Rs 55.19M in desktop-only sales.
aCart has since closed, so unlike the anonymized studies on this site, its real numbers can be shown in full. One honest note on the headline: the 4.4x is a blended figure, total store sales measured against Meta ad spend for the year, not a platform-attributed ROAS. It is the same math the year-end report used, laid out here so you can check it yourself.
