EU Fashion E-commerce: 4.7x ROAS on Meta
An EU fashion retailer had tried Meta before and given up on it. A rebuild around clean tracking and tested creative brought a 4.7x return on ad spend and 1,715 orders at €14.18 cost per purchase.

The challenge
The brand had run Meta before, seen numbers that did not add up, and quietly written the channel off. The real problem was not Meta. The purchase tracking was firing on the wrong event, so the reported return looked either too good to trust or too poor to justify spending. Nobody could tell which campaigns actually made money.
The solution
I started with the tracking, because a scaled account on broken data just loses money faster. Once purchases were measured correctly, the winning products and audiences separated from the noise within days. Creative moved to a structured weekly test so the account always had a fresh angle in rotation, and budget followed proven winners rather than getting spread evenly across everything.
The results
4.7x return on ad spend across the campaign period, with 1,715 orders at €14.18 cost per purchase. The figure shown here is the ratio, not the client’s total revenue. That protects their numbers and still shows exactly how efficiently the spend worked.
We had run Meta before and given up on it. Abdullah found the tracking problem in week one and the account has been profitable since.
