Email & Lifecycle Marketing

The list you already paid to build should be earning more than it does.

Most brands spend heavily to get an email address and then send that person the same newsletter as everyone else. The money is in the flows that run on their own: welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back. I build those, segment the list so people get something relevant, and keep the sending reputation clean so it all lands in the inbox.

What is included

Account and deliverability audit

I check what is already sending, what is broken, and whether your domain is authenticated properly. Landing in spam undoes everything else before it starts.

Core flow build

Welcome, abandoned browse, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back, written and built so each one has a job rather than just existing.

Segmentation

Splitting the list by behaviour and value, so your best customers stop getting the same message as someone who has never bought.

Campaign calendar

A regular sending rhythm that fits your promotions, with the reporting to show what earned and what only got opened.

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

Review the account, the deliverability setup, and what the existing flows actually earn.

  2. 02

    Build

Fix authentication, build the core flows, and set the segments up properly.

  3. 03

    Iterate

Test subject lines, timing, and offers on a schedule, and keep the list healthy as it grows.

Questions people actually ask

What does email marketing cost?

It is priced per engagement rather than from a fixed monthly figure, because a five-flow build for a new store and an ongoing programme for an established list are very different jobs. Tell me the size of your list and what is already running, and I will quote it on the first call.

Do you work in Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is what I use most, and it is what I would recommend for almost any e-commerce brand. I have worked in other platforms too, so if you are already committed to one, tell me which and I will say honestly whether it can do what you need.

Can you show me results from your email work?

Not publicly. That work was done for my employers, so the client names and figures are under NDA and I will not publish them, the same way I would not publish yours. I can walk you through the accounts and what they produced in an onboarding call.

Is email worth it if my list is small?

Often yes, because the flows do the work rather than the list size. A welcome and a cart flow on a small list can pay for themselves quickly. If your list is genuinely too small to matter yet, I will tell you to spend the money on traffic first.
